What if the job actually turns out to be more complicated?

That's on us, not you. We ask enough questions upfront (car year, lock type, whether a key is visible, etc.) to quote accurately before we ever leave the shop. If we misjudge it, we eat the difference — you never do.

How fast can you actually get to me?

Our average arrival time across Westchester County is about 30 minutes, and faster in central towns like White Plains, Scarsdale, and Eastchester. We'll give you a real ETA on the call, not a vague 'within the hour.'

Do you charge extra for nights, weekends, or holidays?

After-hours (10pm–6am) has its own flat rate — $129 instead of $89 — and we tell you that upfront on the phone. No hidden holiday surcharge, no 'emergency fee' sprung on you at the door.

Will you damage my car getting in?

No. We use non-destructive lockout tools designed for modern vehicles — no slim jims, no coat hangers, no drilling. If a technician ever believes a tool could risk damage, they'll tell you before touching your car, not after.

How do I pay, and do I get a receipt?

Venmo, Zelle, or card, right at your car. You get a text receipt the moment payment clears — useful for insurance, reimbursement, or your own records.

Are your technicians actually licensed and insured?

Yes. Every technician is background-checked before dispatch and covered under our commercial general liability policy. We'll provide license and insurance info on request — no hesitation.

Can you make me a new key, or just open the door?

Accepted Answer

Both, depending on the job. Standard lockouts just get you back in. Broken key extraction includes on-the-spot key cutting when the blank is available. If you need a full transponder/fob reprogram, we'll tell you honestly if that's outside scope so you're not billed for something we can't actually do.

What areas do you actually cover?

All of Westchester County — White Plains, Yonkers, New Rochelle, Scarsdale, Rye, and everywhere between. If you're right on the edge of the county, call anyway; we often still cover it.

What's the catch with the flat-price guarantee?

Accepted Answer

There isn't one. If your final price ends up a single dollar more than what we quoted on the phone, the service is free. We can offer that because the whole business is built around quoting accurately the first time.
